I have had this for years and it is one from the orginal collection it was brought as a niod many years ago. I have had one or two spikes from this plant over the years. It went backwards when i moved away and last year was, the first time it flowered very pittiful flower, as the spike was mainly eaten by slugs and snails.

It did have four buds but one got eaten by slugs and snails yet again but I still got three buds off it.
I really dont grow these orchids well or how they should be grown they do struggle for me and slowly have got rid of most of them, either to people I Know or in the bin.

I grow this in Orchid focus bark, and must say they hard all grown really well since I potted them in this mix. I water this once a week feed when I rememeber and that about it.

I actually posted this on twitter and a kinds person gave me the name hence why i have put aff at the front, as it never came with a name. Puppy love is its closest fit.

I'm not too keen on the "novelty" types of hybrids, those which are too highly coloured and frilly but this is a beautiful subtle flower, if its growth was smaller I'd have this one too.
It was well worth persevering with this one Chris.
