Looks like your plant is very compact too - all my sandy types have much longer leaves.

That looks a big sanderianum multi Ed. Has it flowered before? Nothing like a sandy with great petal length whch all depends on the named clone. Came across some articles recently about regular daily spraying of the petals which may aid in petal length or with high humidity. May give it a go on one of my MK's to compare as have 2 in spike at present. Keep us updated on development.

Mine looks like it'll be some time before its first flowering, so very much looking forward to seeing yours burst into bloom !
For me, a good Sanderianum is one of the best.
