Another outing for this one, I've posted it before and never had one single restrepia long enough to realise they grow from the 3 to 5 leaved plants generally seen on sale to quite large specimens like this one.
My favourite restrepia, bought I don't know when from Akerne's at the London Show, flowers more than once throughout the year.
I like the colour and the pendulous habit of the flowers.

Thanks guys, I was taking photos of other orchids yesterday and thought I might as well take one of Ruby, it does flower better than this, possibly by another 50%.

Chris: I grow mine warm (it doesn't have any choice!) and has been growing in clay balls.

Steve is would really struggle in the greenhouse to be honest as I don't always cget to check on a daily bases so it would only get watered once a week. I've had them in the passed and lost themdue to lack of water
