I am more in vandas for years now but I am trying in cattleyas since last year. A bit difficult for me and much information to get on this site as I have no experience in it...

Thank you, Impgs. I dare not count either. I'm not allowed get any more orchids :D

Alain, we are the opposite way round for orchid growing. I am new to vandas and you are new to catts :)
My house is not the best for vandas as I do not have a 16 degree minimum.
But I love to try new plants.
How often do you water your vandas in winter?

Very encouraging news, Keith. I started off with a V. coerulea, which in theory tolerates a 12 minimum, but then things got out of hand.
