I would like to know what you think. Would a piece of cedar log with bark last longer than a cedar slat baskets. Or would they last just about the same? I was curious in trying the log because I would like over time to have a nice specimen ball of orchid.
PS. What I mean by log is a 3-5 inch diameter branch.
