I got this a last year in Novemeber, the plant got split into to, two flowering size plants. One was sent to a privet collection to go on display when it flowers and the other one stayed with me.

I have got three spikes, a close relative of the coelogyne's.

It has a lovely scent a smell I know but cant put my finger on the smell.

I've had one of these for a few years and I noticed the first flowering spike this week. On checking from where the spikes arise on the plant there should be 15 spikes on this one. If I am right and the blooms look as nice as yours there should be a very good show in a few weeks.

It will either be like mine a peachy colour or it might more of the creamy/white flower, both have the same scent. your greenhouse will be filled with a lovley sweet scent.

It's a lovely species. I find it a very slow grower. Maybe I need a new plant.
