Very beautiful, well-grown plant.
...Did you know it will be fragrant? :) I had and I've seen so many clones that are not fragrant at all!
How long did it take to reach this size?

Thank you Dana!
I had read in the internet that it is a fragrant species so I bought it because of it.
It is now seven years in our collection :D

A very beautiful plant, my favourite phalaenopsis, I don't think any other Phal branches and flowers as spectacularly as this one.
I don't have one (yet), so many clones available, my favourite in attached link is King Huang:

Very beautiful plant!

Could you describe the scent please? Is it fragrant in the morning/ during the day?

Mine opened it's first flowers in the past few days but I can't detect any fragrance...I have an oriental lilly in the living room, smells beautiful but suppress any other scent so might that be the problem... Also mine is a young plant with only 4 open flowers

Thank you!

Kind regards

Hi Esther,
Our Phal. schilleriana has a unique scent of citrus fruit and elegant luxury soap that is sensed all day long both delicate and strong.
I believe yours is going to be fragrant!
Here is a little story relevant .. our Phalaenopsis Jiaho's "Pink Girl" that we were happy to enjoy its strong fragrance when we bought it in full bloom at its next bloom had a light fragrance hardly detected.
The remarkable thing is that although this time it was blooming without a fragrance for a month and a half suddenly today it released a very strong fragrance again :D

Thank you so much for the info!

Amazing what you described! Orchids are so wonderful!

I am grateful and very happy about the fact that it is indeed flowering, I accidentally broke off a bud a few weeks ago and as I can see the fifth one might not going to open at all...

I will look out for the beautiful fragrant you described...

I hope in seven years mine is still thriving and looks half as beautiful as yours! You are very inspiring! Thank you!
