My nearest city or region is: Cheshire
It's not an orchid, it looks a bit like Himalayam balsam, or at least some kind of impatiens. Himalayam balsam is an introduced invasive annual plant that grows usually near waterways. Its very common in cheshire, although I havent seen that particular colour near here.

I was curious about the orange colour so looked it up and i think its actually Orange Balsam (Impatiens capensis), a north american introduced species.

not an orchid,its from the Balsom family you see the pink ones everywhere along rivers and it is a agressive weed imported from the Himalayas in India

Definately not epiphyllum, it's Impatiens capensis from North America.
